MHT CET is a state-level common entrance exam for admission in courses like B.Tech, Pharmacology, Medical and Agriculture Engineering every year.
This year’s MHT CET for the PCM group is scheduled to be conducted from August 5 to August 11, 2022.While MHT CET for Biology students for (PCB group) is scheduled to be conducted from August 12 to 20,2022.
Syllabus for MHT CET 2022
All the questions for MHT CET will be covered from classes 11 & 12 of 2021-22 syllabus of Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Math. Due to Covid-19 state council of educational research and training deleted the syllabus of the HCS examination.
MHT CET 2022: Exam Pattern
There will be 100 MCQs in each of the three papers. Approx 20 per cent of the class XI syllabus and 80 per cent of the class XII syllabus will be asked in the entrance test. However, there will be no negative marking for wrong answers. Most of the questions will be application based, and the difficulty level of the MHT CET 2022 exam will be the same as JEE (Main) for Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics. The same goes for Biology; the difficulty level will be equivalent to the NEET exam.
MHT CET 2022: Marking Scheme
All three papers will be 100 marks each. The time given for each exam would be 90minutes. Each correct answer will be awarded 2 marks while no negative marking for wrong answers. So try to attempt as many questions as possible.
Tips for MHT CET 2022 exam
1. As it is announced that there will be no negative marking, students are advised to make the most out of it.
2. Revise the syllabus of classes 11 & 12, focusing on the 12th class syllabus.
3. Prioritize questions and subjects.
