UPSC( Union Public Service Commission) has released the CSE(Civil Service Examination) scheduled for 2022. As per the UPSC schedule, the exams will start from September 16 till September 25.

UPSC CSE Mains 2022: EXAM SCHEDULE
September 16 – Paper I Essay
September 17 – General studies papers I and II
September 18 – General studies papers III and IV
September 24 – Indian language
September 25 – Optional subject papers I and II
UPSC CSE Mains 2022 Exam: Shifts, Timings
Like every year, the exam will be held in two shifts. The first shift will be from 9 am to 12 pm, and the second shift will be from 2 pm to 5 pm.
Candidates who have cleared the preliminary exam of UPSC CSE 2022 are eligible to give the main exam. The UPSC prelims 2022 results were released on June 22.
UPSC CSE MAINS 2022: EXAM PATTERN
Like every year, the UPSC CSE 2022 mains examination will be in the written mode. It will have nine papers as notified by UPSC CSE. The total marks weightage of the main exam is 1750 marks.
Only those candidates who obtain the required marks in the written exam will be called for the interview. The weightage of the UPSC CSE Interview is 275 marks. And final marks will be cumulative of the main and interview exams.
Tips for candidates appearing for UPSC CSE 2022 Mains
1. Divide your time according to the UPSC syllabus.
2. Revise at least twice before the day of examination.
3. Those subjects with less time(between exams) prepare them well before the exam.
4. Write mock tests as much as you can. Keep in touch with your mentor.
